Next Round of Classes

Next round of classes. The big change is moving evening scene study to Wednesday nights:

**Daytime Intermediate/Advanced Scene Study - 5 weeks (Limited to 8 actors)
Time: Mondays 10:30am - 1:30pm
Dates: February 25th - March 25th
One time participants are welcome, if the class is not full. $30
The cost is $145 - A $50 dollar deposit holds a spot. The balance is due by the second class.
Unless an actor chooses to rework a scene, a new scene is selected each week.
We (each actor and I) are looking for scenes that will help them move forward in their process and profession.
The expectation is for actors to have experience in front of the camera and to understand the fundamentals of on camera acting an script analysis.
Actors are asked to bring in their scene work "camera ready".
All work is filmed, viewed and discussed.

**Foundational I On Camera Acting - 7 weeks (Limited to 8)
Dates: February 19th - April 2
Time: Tuesdays 6:30 - 9:30pm
The cost is $215 - A $50 dollar deposit holds a spot. The balance is due by the second class.
Beginning with improv and easing into scripted scene work, this is a relaxed,
fun approach to being comfortable in front of the camera.
The objective of the class is to establish the foundations of an process that emphasizes
simply listening and talking - "being in your skin" - as opposed to in your head.
All work is filmed, viewed and discussed.
All classes will be held at: 305 SE 3rd Ave. #404
All classes reach objectives through reviewing filmed work and class
discussions.

Moving beyond "being in your skin" and finding simplicity on camera,
here the focus is on script analysis, character development, rehearsal and auditioning.
We take a serious look at getting "there" - where that is and how to get there.
This class is especially tailored to actors who have already been through the
Foundational I class, though that is not a requirement.
All work is filmed, viewed and discussed.

All classes will be held at: 305 SE 3rd Ave. #404

discussions.
